The curriculum reflects the program’s orientation toward the children as an active and individual learner because it is through play that children of this age learn about themselves and their world. The mastery of fundamental physical and intellectual skills and concepts is achieved through active participation. In a warm and loving environment, emphasis is placed on positive self-image and increased confidence.

Socialization, verbalization, self-reliance and good thinking skills receive the priority they require at this stage of development. The daily schedule includes play, snacks, a group period, music, large and small motor development, cooking, dancing, and art activities.
